Merhaba Fikret,
a high class bird portrait, and of a species that is difficult to approach. What I like also is the light from the side and the homogenous background. My compliments!
Have a good day, Dietrich

Merhaba, Alperen,

what a beauty you have here ! You did a first rate job in photography, the light is such that the transparency of the wings adds to the interest, good composition, perfect background. You really should add a comment to your pictures, in Turkish maybe, so we learn something about the circumstances that led to this marvellous picture, about your equipment etc. Stay with us on TN !
Best regards, Dietrich

Hi Syed,
you succeeded where I failed in picturing a White eared (or White cheeked) B羹lb羹l in the wild, my compliment. It is true, the species is not shy and makes itself heard a lot, but still. ... You even caught it calling !
Thanks for the presentation, greetings Dietrich

Hi Lousat,

the species that you present here may be dull-brownish but since the sunlight comes from the right side it lightens up the wings - traraah - a beauty. Your expertise shows.

Hi Luciano,
Superb shot, the way how you controlled lights (flash) is fantastic, such as the composition. Simply majestic. However, color-wise I'm not into the image 100%, white balance is a bit too much into the magenta on my screen. Except for this, a stunning photo.

Hi Moz,
Beautiful macro, nice details, maybe except for the lower part of the wing, which is a bit OOF, although this was the closest part to the lens. Anyway, colors are nice and I like the semi-diagonal composition, too. Nice work overall.

you were right to show the species again. The composition and the lighting are exceptional, they make this butterfly look like a real Queen, standing out proudly. Evolution in racing mode! Have a nice weekend, Dietrich

Hi Dariusz,
great portrait, and with 1/80 sec exposure and 400 mm focus! The composition with a wonderful background makes me guess that you used a tripod and waited for the animal. But then, your other works suggest hand-held shots. Whatever, you know your stuff, congratulations.

Hi Musa,
I'm not a botanist and unfortunately I don't know your region Quetta. The riddle you pose us is not easily solved. Could the fruit be from Platanus orientalis? The species occurs naturally from the Balkan to the Himalayas and has been spread even wider by man.
Thanks for your contribution. Greetings, Dietrich

Hi Luciano,
great, this fiery Fritillary. Your note is very useful. I wonder wether the double row of points on the abdomen is also distinctif.
Thanks for your comment on the flying White, you seem to know by experience that automatic focussing is not useful for macros.

Hi Arman,
Probably not the best quality ever, but quite interesting, at least I like underwater shots very much. Lovely scene. However, I feel the sea anemone should be a bit more off-centered as the composition's a bit static this way. I made a quick workshop to demonstrate this, I hope you find it helpful.

Hi Luciano,
So, you're in Uzbekistan now... Great photos of the nests on the poles (+ of the mature/immature birds, obviously ). In my home country, Hungary storks are also nesting on light poles (sometimes on chimneys) in the villages. It's so good to see them on TrekNature, so, thanks a lot for sharing your images. Have a nice holiday!

Hi Ron,
Nicely composed photo, but the moth and the flowers are oversharpened, or the image was overcropped. Probably some member mates saw a different photo - in my opinion this isn't your best. Just a personal opinion, obviously.

Hi Arman,
Beautiful species and very informative note. The photo's spectacular, too, however I find the crop too tight, I mean the wings of the moth are too closed to the edge of the frame. Thanks for sharing the story and the photo.

Hi Moz,
What a great job you did in presenting this tiny spider, complients.
You ask for help with ID. Here it is: in my opinion you caught a Nigma puella (Simon) male. It belongs to the family of Dictynidae. I used the "Collins Field Guide Spiders" by M.J. Roberts. You may be proud on your "First on TN" . I have never encountered a living specimen of the Dictynidae family. My best regards, Dietrich
