|A medium to large sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with a single curved, terete "v" shaped leaf that is found on trees, a lithophyte on rocks as well as a terrestrial at elevations of 1000 to 2400 meters, found in open mountain forests, this species is found from Mexico to Colombia, Venezuela and Jamaica with compressed, several jointed stems covered by tubular sheaths giving rise to a single, apical, ligulate, obtuse, fleshy coriaceous, conduplicate and keeled on the underside leaf that blooms in the spring on a erect, terminal, 6" [15 cm] long, densely many flowered raceme with a compressed basal sheath and carrying many small flowers held in a cylyndrical shape, above the leaves.|

Hi Raimundo,an hard work of sharpening in PP,maybe over the limits and the pic is very noised...but the purple is very bright and the specie is interesting too. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano
An interesting plant which produces a beautiful spiraling cluster of flowers. Nicely focused and composed in an attractive manner. A tad bit of noise in the BG, but this can easily be removed.

Very interesting post, nice composition, beautiful colors. It has over sharpened and despite of low ISO and this is the cause of lower picture quality. You can remove it either in PS or Lr
